Chuck Crump, CAI, AARE, ALC
President, Principal Auctioneer

Chuck has primary responsibility for the overall day-to-day management of the company. He serves as planner and coordinator in prioritizing energies for each auction. He participates in the value determination process, as well as overall consultation and strategic planning for each seller.

In his 10 years as a licensed auctioneer, realtor, and land consultant, Chuck has assisted many families and businesses in helping to market real and personal property using the auction method. He provides over 30 years of business experience in problem solving and decision making. His skills are an asset to helping the client evaluate the options available in using the auction method. Chuck possesses a level of honest work ethic that reflects in his business dealings which insures a win-win situation for his clients. His specialty is marketing estate settlement, recreational, and farm land properties.

Chuck is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Urban Study and Land Use. He has earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) and Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designations. He holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation through the Realtor Land Institute and National Association of Realtors.

Carole Crump
Secretary-Treasurer/Auction Coordinator

As co-founder of C. C. Crump Auction Company, Carole also has experience that brings the quality and professionalism necessary in understanding the auction profession. She has owned and operated a construction company, and was involved in designing, building, and marketing residential homes. She worked for World Marketing Alliance in the mortgage department where she was able to assist people in dealing with banks, creditors, trustees and bankruptcy courts. Carole received an award for outstanding sales person. In addition, she owned and operated a seventy-two acre cattle farm where she worked with farmers and understands their various needs.

As auction coordinator, Carole and her staff will use accelerated marketing methods that are designed to help each client obtain fair market value for his/her property in a timely fashion. She and her staff will thoroughly address issues as the survey, signage, brochure distribution, and county and city ordinances and will make sure the advertising is well designed, cost effective, and properly placed to ensure each client the upmost satisfaction and professional care.

Office Manager

Carol is a seasoned professional with extensive supervisory and administrative experience in office management, human resources, customer service, computer and MS Office standard desktop applications.

Carol is a Notary Public – State at Large in the state of Alabama.

Carol maintains the auction placement and information on company website and accounts for multi-parcel bidding tabulation on auction day. When clients and customers call in, she fields questions and directs those calls to appropriate staff members.

She attended East Carolina University and Pitt Community College in Greenville, North Carolina, majoring in Business Administration and Spanish.

Mark Hampton
Apprentice Auctioneer and Project Manager

Mark has been a Realtor/Broker for 19 years. He is the owner of Re/Max Plus Real Estate Agency in Hartselle, Alabama. He books auctions and is responsible for gathering and coordinating pre-auction data, working with vendors, compiling all due diligence materials and working with sellers and prospective buyers. He is supervised by Chuck Crump.

George Wimberly

George has been in the auction business for 27 years. For approximately 20 years, he conducted auctions at the Hudson Auction Gallery in Decatur, Alabama. He has been involved in selling auction business liquidations, land, real estate, farm equipment, and estate sales. George is the owner of Trinity Auction Company in Trinity, Alabama. He assists with auctions bringing his strong background in sales, marketing and client satisfaction.

Staff Andy

Andy Villarreal

Andy has been in the restaurant business with a national franchise for over 25 years. Some of the positions Andy has held in the franchise are Vice President of the Midwest Region Franchise Association, where he had the responsibilities of planning all facets of the Regional Franchisee meetings; served on the Advisory Board for the National Distribution Company that supplied all the units across the United States, and also has served on the board for the National Advertising Committee as a liaison between the franchisees and the National Advertising Agency.

Andy has always been very supportive in his community and is very giving of his time by serving on various boards, some of which were PACT (Parents and Children Together) – a child abuse prevention organizations; Meals on Wheels (delivers meals to the disabled and underprivileged); Morgan County Tourism; and the Princess Theatre.

Andy has received numerous awards for his work in the community – Small Business of the Year, Jaycees Bill Dukes Award, and a commendation from the Mayor and the Governor for the support and work with The National Cancer Society.

Andy has held a Real Estate license in the State of Alabama since 1999 and has recently attended The Missouri School of Auctioneering.

Some of the hobbies Andy enjoys are golfing, hunting, and snow skiing.
